How to get started
Download & Install
Pick the installer for your platform above and run it. On macOS, drag to Applications. On Windows, run the installer (no admin rights needed). On Linux, install the .deb or make the AppImage executable and run it. No account or license key required. Updates are offered inside the app.
Open NetStacks
Professional is free and full-featured — open the app, create the master password for your local credential vault, and start adding sessions. The Quick Start Guide walks through the first 5 minutes.
Configure AI (Optional)
The first-run wizard asks for an AI provider, or go to Settings > AI later. Add an API key from Anthropic, OpenAI or OpenRouter, or point it at a local Ollama, LiteLLM or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint. Then open the assistant with Cmd/Ctrl+I.
